Here are a few links left haunting my Firefox tabs from the weekend…

The NYTimes reports that the first rule of web video — keep it short — may not be as important as it once was.
A North Carolina high school student has been suspended for wearing religious garb — he dresses like a pirate per the tenets of Pastafarianism.
A certain charismatic world leader was upset to learn of Sarah Palin’s resignation.
The stars on this Marriage Equality Flag look a bit like the Big Dipper.
The Guardian asks if the end of science is nearing (and they seem to answer in the negative, though I would suggest the author read Isaac Asimov’s essay, The Relativity of Wrong, for a lesson in how not all scientific paradigm shifts are created equal).
Nobody watched Virtuality, but it was good.
