Hoy crap! Giant sand spider discovered in the middle east! (Yes, please let me clear this tab so I don’t have to keep looking at this awful thing!)
In a cut scene from Avatar (that will be restored in the DVD) we see that the Na’vi have sex with each other in the exact same way they ride their domesticated animals.
There’s a little bit of this guy in my head every time I go into Starbucks.
Wikipedia has an exhaustive list of collective nouns for various animal types. A cauldron of bats. A shrewdness of apes. A conspiracy of ravens.
