So the spam thing was only one of many technical glitches that have plagued the whole day. The current magilla I'm dealing with is that the European Serenity trailer (way better than the American one, BTW) crashed my XP box--twice. After the second crash (at exactly the same frame of the trailer), I could no longer connect to the internet even though my machine says I'm connected and all of the other machines on the network are connected and functioning properly. I'm writing this on my iBook.

There... five reboots of my machine and 2 rebooots of the router later and I can see the web again on my XP box.

Needless to say, there will be no Thursday linkdump today. I was going to link to the Serenity trailer in question before it started a solid hour of me dealing with no connectivity. If you are brave and want to test your luck, go to Backwards City and use their link to the trailer. I won't be responsible. The crash occured just as the film's title appeared on the screen toward the end. You'll get to see most of a really exciting and outstanding trailer before your machine blows up.

I was planning on editing fcb13 tonight. Maybe it's not such a good idea, what with the luck I've been having.
