[SXSW] Disappearances to screen at SXSW

SXSWFellow Vermont filmmaker Jay Craven's latest feature, Disappearances, has been invited to screen at this year's SXSW, which means I'll be the first Vermonter on the block to get a look at the thing. Jay screened a trailer for it at October's Vermont International Film Festival and that's all I've seen of it so far. Jay also hinted in an email that the VT Film Commission is considering hosting a party at SXSW, which would be very cool as I'd feel particularly connected to that specific event.

I shot about a third of a Craven-directed documentary about combat veterans last year called After the Fog (sort of a play on the Errol Morris doc, The Fog of War). I don't see that film (or some of his other smaller films) on Jay's IMDb page. I got a Director of Photography credit on that show so I hope it gets some notice (plus it's just a very compelling film).
