Candleblog pal Spocko (formerly of the blog Spocko's Brain, which has been taken down), is mucked down in a copyright battle with ABC/Disney over some audio clips that he shared on his blog of some crappy right-wing radio show in the bay area. His uses of the clips were not for profit and educational and as such, are probably covered by fair use clauses in copyright law. Still ABC/Disney is spending time and money going after him.

UPDATE: I sent this story into Boing Boing's suggest-a-site link and ten minutes later they posted it. No credit was given so it could have been someone else pointing it out to the BB crew, but I'll claim credit anyway.
