Minnesota video blogger and Rocketboom correspondent Chuck Olsen has put his new documentary about blogs up on Google Video for free. I met Chuck at SXSW last year and saw him speak. He has a charming and deadpan on-screen personality and the doc does a good job of telling the story of blogs -- their history, social impact, the reasons why they are so popular and such powerful communication tools. It answers the question that so many bloggers ask when first starting out: does the world really need another blog? Answer: yes, because the world needs more conversations. Blogs are conversations.
