I read the Lowell City Counsel story with dismay. Because of their confusion over protected and unprotected speech they're going to spend an awful lot of money on harrassing that PEG station and trying to challenge their funding and allocation of funds between PEG. In the end, it'll be a complete waste of time. This is as pointless as Boston's pernicious persecution of the ATHF artists. There's no doubt that MA breeds some real low IQ citizens. They've got to be dumber than RI, although RI is hard to beat for sheer low-brow anti-culture. Mass citizens just seem to lack common sense.
