They didn't. It was actually engineered as part of a ploy to smack the DGA in the face for restricting the shared director credits of their films. Most of it originated from lathed Dilthium Crystals processed in a clean area by a machine with a flux capacitator and Kodak Film. The rest was done with potato Animation.

Yeah. Yeah.
The only thing I hated about it... back up: the thing I loved about it was how there was NO MUSIC and everyone in the theater had to be totally silent. Right: the thing I hated about it was the guy behind me who couldn't seem to shut up. Totally ruined the second half of the movie for me, but did give me the psychotic homocidal vibe pretty effectively, apropos. No Country for Old Men

I love this film too. I appreciated that it was very true to the book both in content and feel.
Like NeilC the only thing I hated was the woman who kept talking and who later flossed her teeth. *shudder* |
