I haven't forgotten about you, Candleblog readers!  I'm still here and I've wanted to blog several times in the last few days but I got really busy.  I'm working on the Exit Voices project again for Town Meeting Day and the Vermont presidential primary on March 4th.  I'll post more about that on Monday.  It's also been a busy production week at VCAM and Emily's car is busted so we're sharing mine for a while. Emily is sick too.  She came down with the thing I had a few weeks ago.

The Oscars are tomorrow and it's a terrific field of films this year.  I don't know which film to root for!  I'm hoping we'll get to see a live performance of "Falling Slowly," the song from Once, which is up for a Best Song Oscar.  It's the 80th Oscar ceremony.  I've watched this live every year since the mid eighties and this is the best field of films I can remember.

According to the Guardian UK, The Pentagon is now telling Bush (actually, the report is from 2004!) that not only is climate change real, but it will destroy us all if we don't act immediately.
