Comcast messes up everyone's lives

land of the home (crazy people)VCAM and the San Francisco Chronicle have something in common: we both get complaint calls from Comcast customers. Just about every day, someone calls VCAM wanting to complain about their Comcast cable service. I'm not sure how they're getting our number, but we politely tell them they've reached a TV station and that we can't help them and offer to give them the toll-free Comcast number, which they usually already have but refuse to call again out of frustration.

Apparently the SF Chronicle gets these calls too. Listen to this sublimely fantastic voicemail recording. I'm sure I've spoken to this same man at least once.
